Dr. Brian Taylor began working in full-time ministry in 2002, serving as a missionary for Every Nation Campus Ministries on several campuses throughout Nashville, TN including: Vanderbilt, Tennessee State University, and Fisk University. Prior to starting his ministry career, Brian was a student athlete at Vanderbilt University. His relatability as an athlete continues to afford him the opportunity to speak with numerous college and professional teams.

Brian served on staff in churches in Nashville, TN and Orlando, FL before moving to Cincinnati to launch Every Nation Cincinnati Church as lead pastor. Every Nation Cincinnati has grown to become a multiethnic and multigenerational congregation, serving as an inspiration for his book Ready to Lead.

In addition to his work leading Every Nation Cincinnati’s multiethnic congregation, Brian serves as chaplain for the University of Cincinnati football team. He has also worked alongside other pastors on multiple city-wide initiatives, including City Servants and the Mosaix Cincinnati Network, seeking to foster collaboration and reconciliation among a diverse population.

He holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, having completed his dissertation on the topic of leadership in the multiethnic church. He also works with Every Nation Seminary as a professor of Hermeneutics and Biblical Preaching and is passionate about empowering pastors and leaders to teach well through accurate reading and interpretation of Scripture.

Though he continues to travel internationally for ministry, Brian resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife Chavonne and their children Elijah, Saniya, and Joshua.
