Will Esler lives in Amarillo, Texas with his wife and three kids, where he serves as Senior Pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church. He has been involved in teaching ministries throughout his time as a student at the University of Texas and Covenant Theological Seminary, and has been on several international biblical training mission trips. His most recent trip was to Kenya with TWIO, where he worked alongside pastors and lay leaders who were there to gain greater understanding of the inductive Bible study method.
“Bad theology hurts people, and yet bad theology is so prevalent in the world today and opportunities for biblical training are few. As the need for pastors in the majority world grows, it’s organizations like TWIO that engage in the critical task of teaching the next generation of pastors now what to think, but how to think, and to bring glory to God with Christ-centered theology that brings with it truth, hope, and life.”
